Purchases and virtual items
Virtual items in our games, such as gems, have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to the terms of those stores, including their refund policies.
Advertising
Some products display advertising from third parties. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or of the websites they link to.
Intellectual property
Our products, including their names, artwork, music and code, are owned by FOYO or its licensors.
Disclaimer
Our products are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that they will be available at all times or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use of a product after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. They do not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
